Brioche French Toast

  • 6 slices Brioche Bread
  • 3 ea Eggs
  • 2 tbs Sugar White
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 ea Powder Sugar Optional – Topping
  • 1 ea Fruit Optional – Topping
  • 1 ea Maple Syrup Optional – Topping
  • 1 ea Whipped Cream Optional – Topping
  • 1 tbs Butter Optional – For Frying – Per Piece


  • Gather your ingredients
  • Combine the eggs, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and white sugar in a bowl. Whisk well.
  • Soak each piece for about 2 minutes.
  • Flip and soak for another 1-2 minutes per piece. If you soak too long, the bread will become mushy.
  • Cook each piece in a very hot pan (cast iron works well) for about 1 minute per side. Keep an eye on them though as cook time can vary year. If wanted, you can use 1 tbs of butter be slice of bread to help fry it up
  • Plate, top it with your favorite stuff, serve, enjoy!
