Gather your ingredients
Combine the eggs, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and white sugar in a bowl. Whisk well.
Soak each piece for about 2 minutes.
Flip and soak for another 1-2 minutes per piece. If you soak too long, the bread will become mushy.
Cook each piece in a very hot pan (cast iron works well) for about 1 minute per side. Keep an eye on them though as cook time can vary year. If wanted, you can use 1 tbs of butter be slice of bread to help fry it up
Plate, top it with your favorite stuff, serve, enjoy!
