Set your oven for 400 to 450 degrees and lay your bacon out on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven for about 10 minutes, but keep an eye on it. Cooking times will vary.
When the bacon looks like it's about half way done, flip it and put back into the oven.
Cook for another 10 minutes or until done (Keep in mind, we want it crispy, not chewy). Lay the bacon on a paper towel so that the grease can be absorbed.
After the bacon has cooled, you can crumble it up in the paper towel and with your hands.
Once crumbled you can either use it right away, or store it for a few days in the fridge. Enjoy!
