Gather your ingredients and set your oven for 350 degrees.
Begin melting the butter in a pot over low heat. We have quite a bit of time, so no need to rush the melting process or risk over heating the butter.
Grate, Mince, or Crush the garlic. The finer the texture, the more flavor that will be infused into the butter. Place the garlic in the over to roast for 15-20 minutes or so. Be sure to occasionally stir it around.
Add the garlic to the melted butter. Stir.
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well. This is the time to add any Parmesan you'd like as well if you want to put a bit of a cheese flavor into the dip.
Strain the butter to remove all of the solids.
This is the end result after I strained the butter twice. Depending on your strainer, you may need to do it more than once. Enjoy!
