Ingredients
- 4 ea Potatoes I used medium sized Russets. Try to find some that are uniform in shape.
- 1/4 cup Parmesan I used grated.
- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt I used smoked sea salt.
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 ea Parsley To garnish.
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients. Scour & clean those taters! Get your oven set for 400 degrees.
- Slice the taters into wedges. I find that cutting each one into 8 wedges works well.
- Soak the wedges in HOT water for 10-15 minutes.
- While soaking, add and mix all of your dry ingredients / seasoning in a small bowl.
- Dry the wedges when done soaking.
- Place the wedges into a large bowl that you can cover with a lid. Add the olive oil. Cover the bowl and shake it, baby!
- Once well coated in olive oil, add the dry ingredients. Cover the bowl and shake it some more (like your money maker). 😉
- Spread the wedges out on a cookie tray with parchment paper as shown.
- Bake for 60 minutes. Keep an eye on them…. times will vary. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve & Enjoy!
Notes
- You can make many different variations of these simply by changing up the ingredients a bit. Try rosemary, truffle oil, flavored salts, and other herbs & oil flavors for fun!
- Need something to dip your wedges in? Here are some of my favorites!
