Grilled Breakfast Wrap

A simple, but tasty breakfast wrap this is easy to eat on the go.

Ingredients

  • 3 ea Eggs
  • 1 ea Tortilla Large
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 2 ea Slices of Cheese
  • 1 ea Sausage as desired
  • 1 ea Bacon as desired
  • 1 splash Milk
  • 1 tsp Mayo or more if you like
  • 1 ea Seasoning To taste. Salt, pepper, etc.
  • 1 ea Hot Sauce Optional

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Cook any of your meats that require it. I used store bought crumbled bacon here to save a little time, but I still like to crisp it up in a pan.
  • Stir together the eggs, milk, and mayo.
  • Cook the eggs over low heat. This will keep them from getting to dry and also keep them fluffy.
  • A couple minutes before the eggs reach your desired level of doneness, add the shredded cheese, seasoning, and any meats. You could stop here and serve one heck of a tasty breakfast scramble if you wanted.
  • Place the slice cheese on your tortilla and the scramble on top of the cheese. Add any hot sauce at this time.
  • Fold the wraps as you would a burrito.
  • Grill the wrap. A panini press works best, but you could use a skillet or actual grill if you wanted to.
  • Cut the wrap in half (optional). Eat and enjoy!
