  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Sugar
  • 2 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 3/4 cup Water Warmed

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Add the water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  • Stir until foamy. Set aside.
  • In a separate, larger bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, salt, and olive oil. Then add the yeast mixture.
  • Stir and continue stirring the ingredients while slowly adding the remaining flour.
  • Kneed the dough until it is smooth. Roll into a ball and cover bowl (I used plastic, you can use really anything you want). Set aside for 1 hour.
  • After the hour, the ball should be about twice as large as it had been. If it's not, try setting it near some mild heat (still covered) for a little bit longer.
  • Using some flour to keep the dough from sticking, do your best impression of a pizza pro to stretch, roll, toss, and spin your dough into a nice looking crust. Your dough is ready to become a pizza!

  • When kneeding the dough, it will be very sticky at first.  Once you’ve kneeded it into a pretty consistent “paste”, try rolling it on in a ball like you would play-dough.  It should stop sticking as you roll it in your palms.
