Gather your ingredients. For this cook, I used some fresh Norwegian Atlantic salmon sourced from Crowd Cow. Set your oven to 375 degrees. I like to set the salmon in a tin foil lined baking sheet (be sure to spray with non-stick).
In a pan, melt your butter and heat your garlic over low heat. Stir occasionally.
Brush the butter and garlic onto the salmon.
Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon. Place dill onto of the salmon as well and in the pan.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the over for 15 minutes or so.
Uncover the salmon. At this point I like to sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Finish cooking the salmon in the oven until you reach your preferred level of doneness. I like salmon at 125 degrees personally. Remove from the top whatever you wish (I like to leave the garlic, but remove the lemon and dill).
Serve and enjoy!
