Mint Chimichurri Sauce

  • Smoothie Blender


  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Mint
  • 1/2 cup Italian Parsley
  • 2 each Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Red Onioin
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes


  • Gather your ingredients. Chop / parse them down to a size that allows you to measure and fit into the smoothie blender.
  • Place all ingredients into the smoothie blender. If you don't have a smoothie blender, use a food processor or standard blender.
  • Blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
  • Serve & Enjoy!


  • Use Fresh herbs!!!
  • Chimichurri sauces are awesome for summer months as they are light and fresh.  Most of them are extremely easy to make as well!
  • Because they use fresh ingredients, but nothing that will spoil too quickly, you can usually store these in your fridge for a week or two.
