- Smoothie Blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Mint
- 1/2 cup Italian Parsley
- 2 each Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Red Onioin
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients. Chop / parse them down to a size that allows you to measure and fit into the smoothie blender.
- Place all ingredients into the smoothie blender. If you don't have a smoothie blender, use a food processor or standard blender.
- Blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Serve & Enjoy!
Notes
- Use Fresh herbs!!!
- Chimichurri sauces are awesome for summer months as they are light and fresh. Most of them are extremely easy to make as well!
- Because they use fresh ingredients, but nothing that will spoil too quickly, you can usually store these in your fridge for a week or two.
