Notes
- Gambas is a dish that is very dear to me. It is Spanish in origin, but the first time I ever had it was in Bohol, Philippines and I fell in love with it. To this day, I’m trying to recreate that first experience I had. I haven’t gotten it figured out quite yet, but I’m getting close. This recipe is a bit less garlicky and salty than what I’m aiming to find, but it is still very good.
- The baguettes are great for mopping up the sauce
