Sweet Thai Sauce

A thin and sweet sauce that pairs great with Thai proteins.

  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger Freshly Grated
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce


  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Add everything except the fish sauce into a pot / pan over the stove.
  • Heat over low and stir until all the ingredients have blended together. You can reduce the sauce a bit if you want. I chose not to in this case.
  • Once the heat is turned off and the sauce is slightly cooked, add the fish sauce and stir.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
