- 1/3 cup Sherry
- 1/3 cup Sake
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 tbs Ginger Freshly grated
- 3 ea Garlic Cloves Crushed
- Gather and prep your ingredients
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Stir until well blended. You're done!
- This is a great marinade for steaks, chicken, vegetables, etc.
- The marinade can be reduced down to a glaze over a heated stove
