
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 6 tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic Crushed or pressed
- 1 tbs Mustard Powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbs Minced Onion
- 1 tbs Whiskey Use more if you want
- 2 tsp Paprika I used smoked
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Combine everything into a plastic bag. Mix well. Add the Venison.
- Allow to marinate for at least 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend going beyond 6 hours though as the meat may over tenderize and become mushy.
