- 8 oz Goat Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cream You might need more to thin to your desired consistency
- 2 tbs Parsley
- 2 tbs Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic Pre-chopped
- 1 ea Salt & Pepper To taste
