Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Add everything except the fish sauce into a pot / pan over the stove.
Heat over low and stir until all the ingredients have blended together. You can reduce the sauce a bit if you want. I chose not to in this case.
Once the heat is turned off and the sauce is slightly cooked, add the fish sauce and stir.
Serve & Enjoy!
